Rigel Black Remix: Signups Open!

Signups are now open for the Rigel Black Remix Exchange, where you will be remixing each others' RBC and Rev Arc fanworks! Signups will remain open until until 23:59 CDT (UTC-5) on July 8th. (Here's a handy countdown timer.)
