rigelblackexSignups for Round 3 have just opened, and will remain open until 23:59 CDT (UTC-5) on March 20th. (Here's a handy countdown timer.)
Requests are visible; you may freely edit your signup until signups close.
You can find the signup form here. You need a minimum of 3 requests and a minimum of 4 offers, and must choose whether you want to receive and create fanart and/or fanfic.

Also, if I've failed to include your desired character(s) in the tagset, let me know and I'll fix it.
