Round 4 Signups Open!

rigelblackexSignups for Round 4 have just opened, and will remain open until 23:59 CDT (UTC-5) on September 20th. (Here's a handy countdown timer.)
Requests are visible; you may freely edit your signup until signups close.
You can find the signup form here. You need a minimum of 3 requests and a minimum of 4 offers, and must choose whether you want to receive and create fanart and/or fanfic.
A full explanation of what is required in your signup can be found in the FAQ. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me on Discord (grave#7308) or comment on this post.
Also, if I've failed to include your desired character(s) in the tagset, you may nominate it yourself (nominations remain open throughout signups) or let me know and I'll fix it.
What's new this round?
What's new is: fandom nominations! This is still an exchange oriented around the Rigel Black Chronicles, but now you will be able to nominate, offer, and request fanworks of existing RBC recursive fanworks. (In previous rounds this option was only available for prominent recursive fanwork Revolutionary Arc.) For more information, see the Nominations section of the FAQ. The fanwork nomination form is here.
Also, you can now offer 20 characters in one offer, if you so desire.
Finally, I'll be taking advantage of the fancy AO3 Automagic app! It's an app designed for easier browsing of exchange requests. You can find the RBE4 page here. Note that it does not update automatically; I'll be re-scraping it whenever I remember to (I'll try to do so at least once per day.)
